During this call, we'll get to know you and your travel preferences, including your interests, budget, and travel style. We'll also explain our itinerary curation process and the types of experiences we specialize in. Together, we'll brainstorm and create a plan of action for your trip. By the end of this call, you'll have a clear vision of your upcoming adventure and a sense of excitement as we partner with you to turn your travel dreams into a reality.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Discovery Calls: Discovery calls are a free service provided to help you understand our travel planning process and how we can help you plan your dream vacation. There is no cancellation fee for discovery calls. Itinerary Curation Service: The itinerary curation service is a paid service that provides you with a personalized itinerary tailored to your unique travel needs and preferences. The full payment for the itinerary curation service is required upfront. Cancellation within 48 hours: You will receive a full refund minus a $59 cancellation fee if you cancel your itinerary curation service within 48 hours of booking. Cancellation after 48 hours but within 7 days: If you cancel your itinerary curation service after 48 hours but within 7 days of booking, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation after 7 days: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of booking. Travel Concierge Service: The travel concierge service is a paid service that provides personalized assistance during your trip, including: 24/7 support: Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during your trip. In-destination assistance: We have local partners in many destinations who can provide assistance with everything from airport transfers to restaurant reservations. Trip troubleshooting: We can help you resolve any issues that arise during your trip, such as lost luggage or flight cancellations. The full payment for the travel concierge service is required upfront. Cancellation: Travel Concierge Service cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to trip departure. Cancellation fee: A cancellation fee of $59 will be applied to cancellations.
